Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ascent.vision and the services provided by A+ Ascent LLC ("a+ ascent," "we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Services
a+ ascent provides Amazon marketplace management, DTC/web development, performance media, and creative services as described on our Services pages. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any engagement are set out in a separate proposal, statement of work, or service agreement between a+ ascent and the client, since our pricing is quote-based and scoped to each client's needs.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate account access, timely feedback and approvals, and any information reasonably required for us to perform the agreed services. Where our services require access to a client's Amazon Seller Central account, that access is granted and can be revoked by the client at any time through Amazon's Selling Partner permissions.
Payment
Payment terms (one-time project fees or ongoing retainers) are agreed on a per-client basis in the applicable proposal or service agreement prior to work beginning.
Intellectual Property
Deliverables created for a client (e.g., listing copy, creative assets, ad campaigns) become the property of that client upon full payment, unless otherwise agreed in writing. a+ ascent retains ownership of its internal tools, processes, and methodologies used to deliver those services.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, account, or performance information shared in the course of the engagement, and to use it solely to perform or receive the agreed services.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, a+ ascent's liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid by the client for the services giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the notice terms set out in the applicable service agreement. Upon termination, any Amazon Seller Central access granted to us should be revoked by the client, and we will handle any retained data per our Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
