Information We Collect

• Contact and business information you provide directly, such as your name, email, phone number, company name, and details submitted through our contact form or booking call.
• Amazon Selling Partner data, accessed only after a seller explicitly authorizes our Solution Provider Portal account through Amazon's Selling Partner API (SP-API), and only to the extent required to perform the specific service(s) that seller has engaged us for (e.g., listing management, advertising management, cataloging).
• Website usage data, such as pages visited and general analytics, collected through standard analytics tools.

How We Use Information

We use the information above to: respond to inquiries and provide quotes; deliver the services a client has engaged us for; manage and optimize a client's authorized Amazon Seller Central account within the scope of the roles that seller has granted us; and improve our website and services.

We do not sell personal information or Amazon seller data to third parties, and we do not use Amazon seller data for any purpose outside the scope of the services the seller has authorized.

How We Store and Protect Information

• Data is stored using access-controlled systems, with access limited to personnel who need it to perform authorized work.
• Data in transit is encrypted (HTTPS/TLS); data at rest is encrypted where supported by our storage providers.
• We follow the security control guidance set out in Amazon's SP-API integration requirements, including credential management, network protection, and incident response practices.

How We Share Information

We do not share Amazon Selling Partner data with third parties except: (a) as necessary to deliver the authorized service (e.g., an ad platform used to run campaigns a client has asked us to manage), (b) as required by law, or (c) with the seller's explicit consent. We do not use sub-processors to access seller data without the seller's knowledge.

Data Retention and Deletion

We retain Amazon Selling Partner data only for as long as needed to deliver the authorized services or as required by our agreement with that client. When a client relationship ends, or when a seller revokes our SP-API authorization, we delete or de-identify the associated seller data within a reasonable period, consistent with Amazon's Data Protection Policy.
